Dr Julia Zhou

Consultant Cardiologist

Dr Julia Zhou is a general cardiologist with a special interest in heart rhythm disorders and is also a cardiac electrophysiology research fellow at Westmead Hospital.

She completed her medical degree in South Australia and subsequently undertook a Master of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) at The University of Sydney during her basic physician training. She completed both physician and advanced cardiology training at Westmead Hospital and is currently a PhD candidate. Her research focuses on emerging technologies in arrhythmia management and strategies to improve the safety and effectiveness of catheter ablation procedures.
