For Patients

Your first appointment

Please contact one of our clinics to make an appointment. At the time of booking, our Patient Services Team will let you know what will be involved and how long you can expect to be at our clinic. This will depend on whether you are having a consultation with one of our specialists, undergoing diagnostic testing or both.

For your first appointment, please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete our Patient Details form. Alternatively, you can download the form and fill it out prior – just bring it on the day of your appointment.

What to bring

A current referral from your GP or other specialist doctor (this is required if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate)
Medicare/DVA card
Pension card
Private Health Insurance card
Results from any recent tests (eg blood, x-rays) or hospital discharge notes
List of current medications
Comfortable clothing/shoes for walking on a treadmill (if you are doing a stress test at your appointment)

Fees

Fees are dependent on the type of appointment you have and whether it involves a consultation with a specialist, a test only or both. At the time of booking, our Patient Services Team can let you know the amount you will be required to pay on the day and the Medicare rebate available. The majority of our services offer a partial Medicare rebate which can be processed at the time of payment. We also offer discounts for pensioners and bulk billing for DVA card holders.

We accept payment by cash, eftpos, Visa or Mastercard.
